Dr. Imad Naasani is an experienced pharma and biotech scientist and executive with deep expertise in nanotechnology, drug discovery, and advanced materials. Following postdoctoral research at the Cancer Chemotherapy Centre in Tokyo and The Ohio State University, Imad transitioned into the biotech and nanotech industries, holding key roles at companies such as Invitrogen/Thermo Fisher Scientific and Nanoco Technologies. Throughout his career, Imad has led R&D initiatives across both industry and academia in the US, UK, and Japan. He is the inventor/coinventor of over 50 patents and has published extensively in top-tier scientific journals. His work covers a broad spectrum of cutting-edge fields, including nanotechnology, cancer research, AI-driven drug discovery, and ageing. Currently, Imad is launching a new venture aimed at harnessing the potential of nanotechnology in agriculture.
